RULES:
Normal Sudoku: Fill the grid with the digits 1 to 9 appearing once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
XV: Digits separated by an X must sum to 10 and digits separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all X's or V's are given.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
12|34|67|89 Line: Each group of 4 adjacent digits along an orange line must contain 1 digit each from the groups {1,2} {3,4} {6,7} and {8,9}.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot are in the ratio 1:2. Not all dots are given.

hmmm, I can do row 1 without disambiguating the puzzle.
So, after all clues are finished, there's no obvious path to disambiguate the rest of the puzzle, maybe there's a missing black dot? ... or am I missing something obvious?
