Lovely coloring puzzle, with a twist. This needed a slightly alternate thinking(/coloring) starting point from the way I solve the usual XV ones.

I took me a very long time trying to think of the right things to do, but once I realized I was just being really slow, I was just absolutely blown away by the way the grid just filled itself in. I have just gotten into puzzle solving very recently and this is easily the best use of an "all clues are given" constraint I have run into so far. 1000% needs more attention

- Apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a fresh water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
- Given us their numerals so ul-Rhymm could create quite a nice Sudoku?
