- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrow: digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle.
- Between Lines: digits along a line must be between the digits in that line's circles.
- Palindrome: digits on red lines form a sequence that is read the same from either end.

man, there is some cool logic here! worth saving in the "repeat later" stash. none of it is "hard", but it takes time to figure out which section of the puzzle to look at next.
