It's All Downhill From Here (Hot Arrows)

This is the follow-up to 'Take the Low Road', which you can find here. I was exploring the implications of the ruleset a little more when setting this one, so it's a little tougher.
The Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Hot Arrows: The digit in a hot arrow cell must be bigger than the digits in all the cells that it points to.

Despite more pencilmarking than in the 'Low Road' puzzle, I liked this one even better, so I don't agree with it's lower rating! :)

Beautiful puzzle, it took me some time to get used to this variant but then it flowed really nicely, thank you for setting!
