Cells with circles contain odd values.
Otherwise standard Sudoku rules apply.

Even though this is my 4th one of these constraints from you, it was still super fun. But I had to reset like 3 times due to breaking it, but apparently that was me just rushing and eliminating too much too quickly
---I don't deliberately design my puzzles so that it's easy to go wrong, but I have to admit it's a feature. I myself have flown through a test solve with over confidence only to find I've lost my way due to some small oversight.---ATK

i had to sit down like 3 separate times before i exactly realised how this constraint really worked. loved it, thanks!
---I'm glad you stuck with it. Thanks for the kind comment and the solve. ---ATK

From internalising the rules to finally solving the puzzle, everything is just so beautiful and despite me having to go back several times because I overlooked some small mistake I’d made the solving went quite smoothly.

Damn I feel like I know the correct method in solving this but I always run into some contradiction with the 3s and 4s
Edit: Thanks I didn't notice the within rule :).
---If I had to guess: you're possibly double-thinking yourself or you've not read the adjacency rule correctly (the word "within" is very important).
Don't give up, come back to me if you're still stuck. Good luck. ---ATK

It looks appetizing and it was. Great puzzle and not too difficult. Thank you for sharing.

Very nice puzzle. Took me a bit to get the hang of it, and from then I kept going straightforward. It has a nice "oh, but then.... Oh but then also..." ordering to it. Thanks for making this!

If you've never done an ATK puzzle, this is a great entry point. It's very approachable!
If you're an ATK veteran, these circles add a dimension to the shading constraint that is incredibly fresh but somehow also simultaneously gives you the feeling that it was waiting to be discovered and appended the whole time.
--- After I'd made this puzzle and given it a first test solve, I then spent a surprising amount of time wondering what I had made. It gives me the heebie-jeebies (and hence its title).
Thanks for the solve and the kind comment.

What a great puzzle!
I had to take a step back for a little while to understand the constraint, but once I did it flowed super nicely from start to finish.
---I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the generous comment. ---ATK

I don't know if every solver will end up with this, but I love the fact that the rule set was needed right up to the last "deadly pattern".
---I can't tell you how many times in my own test solves I see an unanticipated "deadly pattern" and feel a tinge of panic that I might have gone wrong. I'm glad you got a kick out of it. ---ATK
