Fog covers the grid. Correctly placing digits clears the fog. No guessing is required (or allowed).
A black dot between cells indicates their values have a 2-to-1 ratio. A white dot indicates their values are adjacent. A 'V' indicates that they sum to 5.
All possible dots and Vs are given.
