Rules:

• Normal Sudoku Rules
  
• The sum of the digits on a Region Sum line is the same for each box it occupies.
  
• Digits adjacent along a green german whispers line must differ by at least 5.
  
• No digits on a Nabner line can be consecutive. (129 is not allowed but 135 is)
  
• Digits along a thermometer must increase starting at the bulb end.
  
• On lavender lines, digits an equal distance from the center must sum to the digit in the middle of the line.
  
• White dot: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive
  
• Black dot: Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio.
  
• Not all dots are given
