Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
• Black Kropki Dots - Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio, meaning one is exactly double the other. Not all dots are necessarily given.
• Sandwich Sums: Digits outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits that are placed in-between the 1 and 9 in that row or column.
