Can of snakes

Rules:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
2. Regions: EVERY cell in the grid is part of a snake. A snake is a group of orthogonally connected cells, with circle indicating the head of the snake and the digit within the circle indicates the snake's length. All snakes are one cell wide and do not branch. Snakes of the same size do not share an edge; they can be diagonally distant from each other. The snake cant touch itself
3. Anti-Knight :Digits must not repeat in cells that are a chess knight's move apart.
4. Cells on either side of the inequality symbol must have values that abide by the indicated relationship.

This is a head spinner. Doesn't require any biofication, but there is just a lot to check, especially with the knight rule...

The CTC app rules need to be updated: anti-knight, and snake cannot touch itself.
