Manor Mirror (Numbered Rooms, Entropic Mirror)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
Entropic Mirror: Peach line reflects digits with the same entropic strata: Low (1,2,3) / Middle (4,5,6) / High (7,8,9). Example: if r2c6 is low, r6c2 is also low.

What a stunning puzzle, beautifully setted. It's very approachable AFTER the break-in, some spots there I think are a step up from 2*. Amazing puzzle overall, I loved it!

Lovely puzzle, sooo smooth :) The difficulty rating is subjective, I found it quite approachable.

Yeah, this is at least a 3* puzzle. Was fun to solve, but not 2*.

Please stop marking hard puzzles as “easy” incorrectly — it makes it REALLY HARD to find puzzles that are genuinely easy :(

I understand that difficulty are subjective matters. But I genuinely think that this puzzle is quite approachable.
I will always make sure the puzzle get tested as well to know what other people think about the puzzle and difficulty. If I'm wrong about the estimation, I'm happy to adjust accordingly.
