Inspired by a variety of puzzles that use Region Sum Lines with an additional line constraint, including many of yttrio's own puzzles.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku: Place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.

Kropki + Region Sum Lines: Each blue line is both a Kropki Line and a Region Sum Line, such that:

• Along a Kropki Line, adjacent digits must be consecutive and/or in a 2:1 ratio.
• Along a Region Sum Line, digits have an equal sum N within each 3x3 box the line passes through. If a line re-enters a box, each segment sums to N separately (note Box 1). Different lines may have different sums.
