Chaos Circles (Updated)

Rules
- Standard chaos construction sudoku rules apply: Each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9. Regions are comprised of 9 orthogonally connected cells and must be determined.
- Circled digits indicate exactly how many circles contain that digit.
- Digits in cages indicate the number of cells it can see orthogonally (including itself). Region borders block line of sight. Not all cages are necessarily given.

Same as hoopsie! I don't know if it's because I sweat over the earlier version, but this version seemed much easier to find the next deduction. 3 stars in fact.

The update change made the solve very smooth. Got stuck yesterday and was able to figure it through today
