Schrödinger 203: Quantum Tunnelling
(Eingestellt am 30. September 2023, 00:30 Uhr von ViKingPrime)
PUZZLE:
RULES:
"Normal"
Schrödinger rules apply.
(i.e. place the digits 0 through 9 once each in every row, column and box;
two of the digits will have to share a Schrödinger Cell;
each row, column and box contains exactly one Schrödinger Cell).
•
Killer: Digits within a cage must sum to the number in the top-left corner (
if given).
MODIFIER:
•
Schrödinger Certainty (Natural): No Schrödinger cell will contain a '
0' digit.
•
Stadiometer: From left-to-right, the digits of each Schrödinger cell indicate the two possible row locations of the Schrödinger cell in the next column (e.g. if there is a Schrödinger cell at R1C1 that is a 4/8 pair, there is a Schrödinger cell at either R4C2 or R8C2).
Note: Column 1 is to be considered to be to the right of Column 9 (i.e. the Schrödinger cell in Column 9 will index the Schrödinger cell in Column 1).
INTRODUCTION:
This should be a more approachable take on a previous puzzle involving Schrödingers and the Stadiometer constraint (go check out "
The Dagwood" for a nice intro to Stadiometers; or if you've mastered this puzzle with ease, go and tackle "
Split Decision" for a much greater challenge).

Made the same mistake twice. It is a very nice puzzle, but my solving messed up a lot. https://youtu.be/yW5yS2FEBTU

A great puzzle! Never did it stop giving those little openings to just keep going through the quantum tunnel. Finding S-cells was so much fun and then tiny deductions kept the flow. Thanks a lot for sharing @VKP.

@madhupt - Thank you! <3 If you ever tackle any of the others, would love to hear any feedback you might have; still working on finding the right mix of challenge and approachability -- VKP
