Sum Cagey Whispers

This puzzle is inspired by Krop Cage Konundrum, a 9 by 9 where the cage totals follow a kropki relationship. Happy solving!
- Normal sudoku rules apply
- Digits In a cage cannot repeat
- If two cages touch, their sums differ by 5 or more
- Cells separated by an inequality abide by it

@yittrio: So far, I only did the math for 6x6 but I'm sure it would be interesting since in 9x9 the cage size isn't as strong of an indicator which cage has the bigger total.
