A Game Of Chess: Redux

This is a re-set of a puzzle I published a few weeks ago. The original puzzle, it was determined, had multiple possible outcomes, something I did not discover in my testing. I apologize to the community for that puzzle, and it has been deactivated. This puzzle has 1 unique solution, follows the same "moves" within the chess game itself, but with a single rule tweak (changing the Black queen's rook line from renbad to region sum), and adding a white dot to signify checkmate, we now have a valid puzzle.

This match does not last long. The game conducts itself as such:

1.) White opens with the king's pawn to E4 (thermometer)
2.) Black counters with the queen's rook's pawn moving to A5 (thermometer)
3.) White's next move is king's Bishop to C4 (renban)
4.) Black sends queen's rook to A6 (region sum part 1)
5.) White meanwhile pushes queen to H5 (German Whisper)
6.) Black sends queen's rook to C6, threatening the white bishop (region sum part 2)
7.) White protects by sending queen's knight's pawn to B3 (thermometer)
8.) Black makes a fatal mistake and instead of king's knight's pawn, moves king's rook's pawn up to H6 (thermometer)
9.) White counters with queen to F7 (renban) and signal's checkmate (white dot)

There were tactical errors on both sides, each adding an unnecessary move to the game. But we sudoku fans benefit by receiving 2 extra clues, which make this sudoku solvable. The rules are as follows:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits 1-8 must appear on each row, column and 2x4 box.

Digits must strictly increase along thermometers.

Pink lines are renban lines. The value of digits along a renban must be consecutive in any order.

Green lines are German whispers lines. Adjacent digits along the line must differ in value by at least 5.

The blue line is a region sums line. Digits along a line must sum to the same total in each region the line enters.

Cells joined by white dots are consecutive. Not all white dots are given

Great puzzle. The ruleset is very well thought out.

I really liked how the puzzle flowed from one constraint to the next, and I enjoyed the chess match too :)
