Diagonalization (Partial CC)

I had fun with this, I hope you like it :)
Rules:
- Divide the grid into 9 non-overlapping regions, each consisting of 9 orthogonally connected cells.
- Place the digits 1-5 in the grid such that every digit appears exactly once in every row, column, and region. Not every cell contains a digit, but blank cells must still be part of a region.
- Every arrowed cell must contain a digit. A digit in an arrowed cell indicates the number of visible cells in the arrowed directions combined, including the cell itself.
- Vision is only obstructed by new regions.
Below is a simple example of a valid region just to give a visual demonstration of the rules. Hopefully this helps clarify things.

Very interesting and unique logic! It took me a bit to wrap my head around the rules, but once I did, it was a joy to solve!
