This puzzle is a tribute to Iowa State University, where I obtained both my bachelor's and master's degrees.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
All lines are Dutch Whispers lines (consecutive digits along the line must differ by at least 4). The cardinal/gold color scheme is purely aesthetic to match the school colors.
Cells separated by black dot have a ratio of 2:1. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
