Another fix had been required and this time I've added the rule that the thermos and whisper lines cannot touch themselves orthogonally because I cannot trust myself to handle all cases. I am giving this a 4 rather than a 5 for difficulty since this puzzle is more generous than some of my others.

Rules:

-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-An inequality sign points towards the smaller digit of the two cells it connects.
-Digits along a thermo must increase from the bulb end. Adjacent digits along a whisper line must have a difference of at least 5. Cells separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given. However, some person named Monika deleted the constraints.
-Grey cages are thermo bulbs and green cages are ends of whisper lines. The number in the top left corner of each cage indicates the minimum length of the thermo/whisper lines. Thermos and whisper lines do not travel diagonally, do not branch, and don't touch themselves orthogonally. Thermos and whisper lines don't share cells.
-Each cell with a circle are part of a group of N orthogonally adjacent cells connected by black dots, where N is the number in the circle. Circled cells are part of different groups (i.e. two different circles can't satisfy both dot constraints by sharing a cell).

Example of what the dot rule is saying, red means wrong and green means correct. Observe that the bottom right is green despite sharing a 4, and that's because the clues were satisfied by 12 and 48.
