Normal sudoku rules ALMOST apply : place the digits 1 to 7 in each row, column and 7-cell region. A 6-cell region must contain 6 different digits from the set of the digits 1 to 7.
Killer: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.

It was a really wonderful puzzle and there's amazing interaction between the corner digits and how they affect the other elongated regions.
