Puzzle rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On a green line adjacent digits must differ by at least 5 (standard German whisper)
If two digits are separated by a black dot, one must be twice the other (partial Kropki - not all dots are necessarily given)

Beautiful puzzle, thanks for sharing. At least 3.5 for me, took several hours, I guess I am more of a 2.5 and sometimes struggle with 3+ puzzles
