I liked this puzzle. Like most people said, the NSEW was easy but the corners required 1 or 2 key deductions which I was able to find fairly quickly luckily. Without finding the deduction I could see how it would be very difficult

Just as Mason_Jones4 said, the first part of the puzzle (N,S,E,W) is easy, but getting the corners has proven too much for me. I still haven't solved it, but I also haven't given up. I've been starring at it for 3hrs now over yesterday and today hoping to see how to do it without guessing, but no luck so far. I've added tons of pencil marks and the deleted them over and over hoping to find the right approach.

Hi TomMalufe, thanks for trying the puzzle! Have a good look at the interaction between the dots and the arrow and how this eliminates possible candidates. If you'd like more hints or a solution, send me a message on the CTC discord. :)

Thanks for the reply Jobo. In the end, I solved it by guessing : I would really like to know how it's intended to be solved, so I will PM you on Discord for sure. Thanks for the offer!

Like VitP, I felt the puzzle kinda varied in difficulty, I blew through the first large chunk of numbers and then I found myself stuck for a while on the rest. I don't know if it was intended, but I had to extrapolate a few number positions to be able to finish. I would rate the difficulty somewhere between 2 and 3 stars.

Hi Mason_Jones4, thanks for the feedback! Yes the first part of the puzzle is indeed much easier than the second part. However, no bifurcation is needed. Everything follows logically from the combinations of the arrows and dots. :) Thanks for playing!

Thank you so much for the CTC link and this interesting puzzle! The dots and arrows led to interesting tensions.

This is a clear example of a puzzle that needs a two-value difficulty rating.
Average difficulty 2/5. Maximum difficulty 4/5.
Nice application of the graphical concept.
