PUZZLE:
RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Arrow: Digits along an arrow must sum to the value in its originating circle.
MODIFIERS:
• Möbius+: Each instance of the digit 1 may be considered as having the value of either 1 and/or 10.
INTRODUCTION:
The most common feedback I got regarding the former version was that the puzzle had some fun logic but that the layout was hard to follow. I've cleaned up the grid while keeping the most interesting bits of logic; should be a lot easier to make out arrow direction (if ever in doubt, feel free to refer to the photo on this page). I'm confident this is a better puzzle all around and I sincerely hope you enjoy the solve.
An example puzzle will follow to better illustrate the rules.

Great, well-flowing puzzle. If my brain hasn't switched the direction arrows worked, i would've been much faster, lol

Really good puzzle - working my way through the back catalogue, and just doing the “easier” ones as practice for the harder ones!

Thank you for this fun puzzle, ViKingPrime! The Möbius modifier is a nice twist to arrow Sudoku. It seems like common arrow logic "almost" applies and at the same time the new logic feels very fresh and interesting. Great setting!
