Eye of Agamotto

I had an idea for a 159 + German Whisper break-in that I hadn't seen before, so I wated to design a puzzle around it. Eye of Agamotto is the result. This puzzle isn't too difficult for solvers experienced with 159 rules and should serve as a good introductory puzzle for solvers who have never tried 159 rules before. The perfectly symmetric (!) design made from green lines and the self-referential nature of 159 rules reminded me of Doctor Strange, so I named this puzzle the Eye of Agamotto, which houses the Time Stone in the MCU.

German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by 5 or more.
159 Sudoku: Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 index the column locations of digits 1, 5, and 9, respectively, in each row.
(For example, if r2c1 was 4, then r2c4 must be 1)
Lösungscode: Row 2 followed by row 8 (18 digits, no spaces)
