- Normal Sudoku rules
- Pointers(friendly): If a clued cell is N, The Nth cell in the arrow direction must be a friendly cell. A friendly cell contain a digit that match its row,column or box number.

The rules aren't that clear. It's not clear where you start counting (from the edge, from the cell in which the arrow is located, or the cell in which it is pointing). The"equal to the digit in that cell" isn't clear. It's unclear as to which cell you are referring.
