Me and my dad were stuck for quite a while until I finally had the idea pinning down the scooter in the crosshairs. Total solve time 111:28, and my dad finished it quoting The Far Side with its great line "my brain is full"

I really enjoyed this puzzle. Looks great and some nice logic involved. More like 3/5 for me becase of the not-so-easy break-in.
