Normal sudoku rules apply.
Thermometer: Digits along a thermometer increase from the bulb to the tip. The thermometers that start in r7c3 and r7c6 both rise to r6c5, then both rise upwards from there.
Min/Max: The small arrows in the gray cells point to the smaller number of the two cells orthogonally connected by that arrow. Gray cells with the arrows pointing inward are "minimum" cells, and must be lower than all orthogonally connected cells. Gray cells with arrows pointing outward are maximum cells, and must be greater than all orthogonally connected cells.
Lösungscode: Row 3, then row 7, 18 digits, no spaces.

The body of the person in the middle was kind of hard to understand - it sort of implies that R6C4 has to be greater that R6C6, and viceversa
