Ambiguous Little Killer + X-Sums Clues

Ring Around The Grid
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Clues outside the grid represent both X-sums and little killer clues for the corresponding row/column and indicated diagonal respectively.
An X-sums clue gives the sum of the first X digits in the row/column adjacent to the clue, where X is the first digit in that row/column.
A little killer clue gives the sum of digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along such diagonals.
It is up to the solver to determine the values of all given clues.

Thanks for solving the puzzle and for feedback, @marcmees. I initially thought that this should be a 3* puzzle as well, but some of the testers had problems navigating through the start of the puzzle and hence suggested something like a 3.5* rating. I tend to be conservative about ratings on my puzzle so that solvers know the sort of difficulty they're getting themselves into for an enjoyable solve. There have been enough solves already on the puzzle, so I will wait for solvers' rating instead of changing it to 3* now. Thanks again, and I'm glad you liked the puzzle!
