Normal Sudoku and Sandwich Thermo Rules Apply
Question marks outside the grid are Sandwich clues showing the sum of the digits between 1 and 9. They are either a single digit clue (?), or a double digit clue(??), and the sums can't be 0 for the clues. Column 3 and 5 have the same sum (Blue question marks), and Row 3 and 8 have the same sum (Red question marks). Clued sandwiches make a valid thermo with their crusts and digits, seen from the direction of the clue (13569 for instance).

Cool puzzle. Very nice idea to construct the sandwich crusts. Quite hard for me finishing the puzzle after this. Thanks

Does the negative rule apply to the question marks? Both of the blue ones have to be the same sum. Does that mean that none of the others have that sum, or the sum of any other question mark?
~not necessarily no. It's just the blues that are the same, and the reds that are the same. All the others could be whatever (even the same as blue or red)
