Hello ! This is my first sudoku . I hope you'll enjoy it a bit...
It is rather classical, with a good number of contraints
All rules for : cages, arrows, diagonal, between libes, thermos, palindroms and V are usual, so :
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits along thermometers must strictly increase from the bulb.
Digits in cages must sum to the number given at the top left corner of the cage, if given. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Cells along a thin grey line between two circles must have values strictly between those in the circles.
Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the arrow’s circle.
Palindrome line: The sequence of digits along a grey line must form a palindrome, so it reads the same backward and forward.
Maximum : Digits in cells with 4 arrows pointed outward are greater than all orthogonal digits next to them.
All digits in the marked diagonal must be different.
Digits joined by an V sum to 5. All Vs are not necessary given
I think the difficulty is a "2,25 * " ;-). Tell me...

It was an enjoyable enough puzzle.
I think 2* is correct for difficulty. It's maybe on the easier side of 2*s.
I would prefer a simpler ruleset. The puzzle has many constraints that are not used that much. Worst offender is the palindrome line that could have been replaced with an arrow without changing anything else.
