Each red cell contains a different digit.
Digits in red cells are higher than their four orthogonally connected neighbours.
Digits connected by a black dot are in a ratio of 1:2.
All possible black dots are given.

This puzzle is very hard when you forget the negative constraint. Funny thing, it is possible to get far in the puzzle without the negative constraint and keep it on the right path. It is only when you have to avoid deadly patterns that it disambiguates everything.
Scruffamudda, did you insert the negative constraint in the end of your build only to make it with a unique solution ?
