Knights and Crosses

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Cells separated by a knight's move in chess cannot contain the same digit.

Orthogonal digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.

Orthogonal digits on an orange line must differ by at least 4.

Digits on a pink line make up a set of consecutive digits.

Digits on diagonally opposite ends of a cross differ by no more than 3.

Cells containing a grey circle are odd.

No two boxes contain the same central digit.
