Ambiguity (X-Sums/Numbered Rooms)

Every clue outside the grid is either a Numbered room clue or an X-sum clue. If there are clues outside the grid on both sides of a row or a column, they represent a Numbered room clue on one side and an X-sum clue on the other. The identity of the clues has to be deduced by the solver.
A Numbered room clue indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Xth cell in its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. An X-sum clue indicates the sum of the digits of the first X cells in its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
