Normal Sudoku rules apply;
Kropki Dots: digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given;
5 Star: The digits 1,2,3,4 and 9 may not be orthogonally or diagonally adjacent to themselves or their square (so: 1, 4, and 9 can't be a king's move from themselves, 2 can't be a king's move from 2 or 4, and 3 can't be a king's move from 3 or 9).
Lösungscode: Digits in row 1 (left to right) followed by the digits in row 9 (left to right)

Great puzzle!
I'm not sure if I realy used the king-move-constraint for the 1.

A unique ruleset with lovely logic and a colorful solve.

Extrapolated adjacency rule further in the example. Hopefully will avoid confusion. Another way to put it: 1/2/3/4/9 all have a normal king's move restriction, and the pairs 2/4 and 3/9 additionally cannot be a king's move from each other.
