What a great puzzle. Maybe nothing in it was extremely hard, but every deduction made you feel like a genious :) I had a major hiccup though. For me branching arrows are never obvious, and here I assumed that R9C1 summed the three cells, which caused a lot of trouble later on :) In this case they are more like two independent arrows, in which case do they not actually overlap?
-- Thank you @codewizard! You're not the only one that got confused with the branching arrow, and you're right that there is an overlap in this case, the extra rule was related to intersections only.

Maybe its on me for not running into forking arrows enough, but I misinterpreted the arrow at the bottom left (tried to add up all cells on the arrow instead of each branch.)
It messed up my attempts to solve until I got someone to point that out. Otherwise, super fun puzzle!
-- You're not the only person that got confused with this. By normal arrow rules it is clear that R9C1 = R7C1+R8C2 = R8C2+R9C3. But I think the additional equal sum constraint makes it counter-intuitive.
Nevertheless, I'm glad this puzzle was to your liking!
