Rules
Normal Sudoku, Neighbor Sum and Arrow rules apply.
Digits on an arrow Sum to the value in its circle.
Circles without arrows are Neighbor Sum Cells and contain the sum of their orthogonally adjacent cells.
White Dots separate pairs of consecutive digits.
This Puzzle has been Skunkworks Tested.

Very nice puzzle!
It's really interesting how subjective difficulty is. I did Road Trip by jovi_al right before this one, both currently rated 3 stars. Road Trip took me over an hour and a half, this one less than 30 minutes.
riffclown-I have to agree on the subjectivity but every solver is different. Some people simply see things others don't see. Thank You very much for the solve and the comments.

Very nice puzzle. It might be from the "Neighbor sum cells" rule that I really enjoy and easily understand, but that feels like 2 stars

Very nice ruleset and executed wonderfully! It is also approachable.
