The Rules:

1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. [Killer] Normal killer sudoku rules apply, so numbers cannot repeat in a cage, but the cage totals must be determined. The product of any pair of cells separated by a diamond within a cage will be equal to the cage total.
3. [Sandwich] Normal sandwich sudoku rules apply, but sandwich totals will need to be determined. The product of any pair of cells separated by a diamond outside of a cage will be equal to the sandwich clue for the row or column that contains the pair of cells.
