My first attempt at setting a puzzle. I hope it turned out fine :)

Rules:

1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Additionally, no more than two arrows may consist of repeated digits.
3. Grey lines are palindromes ie they read the same in both directions.
