After recent
video of Mark Goodliffe (CTC) solving my puzzle
Reflection and Rotation I was thinking about developing this variant more.
I tried different arrangements with 2 pairs of rotating boxes combined with 1-5-9 sudoku, but I'm not sure if a valid puzzle is possible to be constructed. - I hope this could inspire someone to construct such puzzle. :-)
Thanks again to CTC for the video!
Here is a sandwich puzzle with 2 rotations and 1 reflection. Enjoy.
PUZZLE:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Reflection and Rotation:
Box 1 and Box 8 have rotational symmetry around the black dot (90 degrees rotation).
Box 3 and Box 5 have rotational symmetry around the white dot (180 degrees rotation).
Box 6 and Box 8 have mirror symmetry about the black axis.
Little killer:
The clue with the arrow shows the sum of the indicated diagonal, which may include repeat digits.
Sandwich:
Other clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in that row/column.

(Note: I wasn't able to place the black dot in F-puzzles correctly, so I used another little killer arrow to mark the point of rotation.)
Have fun!
