This puzzle is inspired by the legendary "Everything is Wrogn" by DiMono. Shoutout to @Bootenks who suggested I try making a liar puzzle as part of my Suguru Chaos Deconstruction series. And much gratitude to @Bootenks, @ClashCode, @jwsinclair, and @Changeable for testing it! This is the most challenging puzzle in the SCD series, so I'd recommend trying out some of the others first, which you can find here. If you get stuck, feel free to post a hidden comment or find me on Discord, and I'm happy to help out. Hope you enjoy!
Rules:
Deconstructed Suguru: Fill some cells in the grid with the digits 1–9 such that no digit repeats in a row or column. Cells containing any kind of marking, including on an edge, must contain a digit. All digits must belong to a region (a collection of orthogonally connected cells), and a region of size n contains the digits 1 through n once each. Regions may not touch each other orthogonally, although they may touch each other diagonally.
It's All a Lie: A “V” between two digits means their sum is not 5. An “X” means their sum is not 10. A white dot between two digits means they are not consecutive. A black dot means they are not in a 1:2 ratio. Adjacent digits on a green line may not have a difference of 5 or more. Digits on a purple line may not repeat and may not form a set of consecutive digits. Digits in a cage may not sum to the given total. A gray square may not contain an even digit and a gray circle may not contain an odd digit.
Puzzle:
Lösungscode: Ignoring blank cells, write the digits in Row 4 and Column 4 (left to right, top to bottom, no spaces)

This is my favorite of the series by far.

I've taken quite a liking to this series this week! I must agree with KNT, I'm going to be bummed when I run out.

I wish the row and column collision detection was enabled on this one - I missed or messed up noticing that numbers had been ruled out at least half a dozen times because my eyes didn't catch something in the top right corner

Very nice and fun, again! Only one of these left to do I think. Please make more =)

Another cracker in this splendid series. I like the way you have to employ various different strategies to solve them.

Is it weird that this was my first ever Suguru puzzle?
I got stuck for at least 20 minutes because I kept overlooking a 1-cage for immediate progress. It really is lovely how the Wrogn constraints work in this puzzle. Much enjoyed.

Thanks so much, DiMono, for solving and commenting, and of course for constructing your inspiring puzzle! -Math Pesto

Note to self : Do NOT assign green colour to regions having whisper lines else you miss the obvious for far too long! I will NOT deny that i totally enjoyed the arduous journey, though. The addiction grows. Thanks for setting, @mathpesto, and hats off for being able to create such gems.

It is NOT easy to forget that the clues are wrogn. Solving this is NOT a lot of fun. This is NOT a marvellous puzzle from a fantastic series. It does NOT deserve 5 stars.
Or, maybe, just maybe ... it's all a lie. ;-)

Hahahaha, I did NOT love this comment, which did NOT make me laugh out loud, and I do NOT thank you for solving my puzzle! -mathpesto

I have yet to complete any puzzle in this series within 2 hours. I did manage to get all the regions within 20 minutes though, and I'm proud of that.
As with all the other puzzles, none of the steps feel too difficult, it's just the sheer size of the grid that makes it difficult to scan.

I agree, a very addictive series. Thank you once again, mathpesto!

Genauso schön wie die anderen.
Man möchte gar nicht aufhören, nach dem nächsten Schritt zu suchen und hat von Anfang bis Ende großartiges Rätselvergnügen.
Just as beautiful as the others.
You don't want to stop looking for the next step and have great puzzling fun from beginning to end.

Thank you, I'm delighted to hear that! -mathpesto

Another great puzzle in this addictive serie ! Loved the way the clues worked and made the puzzle unwind up until the very last digit... And 100 cages, almost April Fool's Day worth !
----------
Thank you so much! And yes, I was hoping to put this out on April Fool's Day, which would've been fitting, but didn't finish it in time. Now I have a whole year to think of a good one! -mathpesto

Had to start over several times because I kept making stupid mistakes and overlooking clues in plain sight. But because the logic was so beautiful, as usual, I just had to finish it. Thanks mathpesto!

One small question, why is this a Sudoku variant(the tag). Even the rule says it's a Suguru
--------
Hi bigger,
There isn't a suguru tag, otherwise I would have used that. Also, it incorporates some sudoku elements, like digits 1 through 9 not repeating in rows and column, that aren't true of regular suguru. -mathpesto
-----
For me, the non repeating digit in rows and columns has more to do with Latin Squares than Sudoku. Afterall, it doesn't have a fix size region. it's just my opinion, I really don't want to see sudoku variant swallow latin square variant(which doesn't have a tag too) it kind of take away what's unique about sudoku. but who knows, maybe only guy who searched by sudoku tag will feel strange. bigger
