Normal sudoku rules apply.

In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.

Digits outside the grid denotes of sum of cells "sandwiched" between the 1 and 9 in each respective row or column.

Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit inside the arrow's circle.

Black dots denote cells expressed in a 1:2 ratio, and not all black dots are given.
