Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in column 1 indicate the column in which the digit 1 appears in that row (e.g. if r4c1 is a 6, r4c6 is a 1). The same applies to columns 5 and 9, with the digits 5 and 9, respectively.
Digits on a line connecting two circled cells must be between the digits in those circles (i.e. the digit in one circle is greater than all digits on the line, while the digit in the other circle is smaller than all digits on the line).

Lovely puzzle - the break-in was gorgeous and there was rewarding logic from both constraints throughout.

Took me a long time to find the break-in. Once found, it seemed utterly obvious - but it was easy to overlook in a "missing the forest for the trees" kind of way.

Beautiful interaction between between lines and 159! The break in was quite enjoyable and the rest of the puzzle flowed quite well.

Wonderfully constructed and takes good advantage of both constraints!
