British Whispers (Sudoku Variant)

Wanted to make an arbitrary whispers puzzle (difference determined by the solver), but the arbitrary part wasn't fun. The puzzle itself was fun though!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Along orange lines, neighboring digits must have a difference of at least 3.
