Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits on arrows sum to the digit in their circled cell. Digits MUST repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules. In other words, arrows which can have repeated digits must have as many repeated digits as possible.

This was quite a challenge to crack, but I found it very enjoyable. I do like these rules quite a bit.

This is one of those puzzles where I'm never sure if I'm using all the rules to their fullest, and am pleasantly surprised when it solves and nothing goes wrong after all :)
