Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in cages sum to the given value.
The digit in box N position N gives the number of boxes in the completed grid which have N in their Nth position. E.g., if R1C1 is 2, then there are 2 boxes with 1 in the upper left hand corner. And if R5C5 is a 1, then there is 1 box with 5 in the center.

Just in case: the second constraint refers only to the red box cells. Fun rule set!
