Kropki rules apply – two cells connected by a white dot are consecutive, two cells connected by a black dot are at a 1:2 ratio. No negative constraints.

fantastic puzzle. nice break in, great use of dots. >3*. you could see the puzzle as a double chaos sudoku with the central area in common.
