After the latest ape incident, it was only a matter of time before city council came calling. It seems they want new survailance capacity in place before the next gorilla gets it in his head to start scaling city hall. And, they need an expert to map out the gaps in their system.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Skyscrapers: Each digit in the grid represents the height of a skyscraper in its cell. Shaded cells mark the locations of the observation points already installed. A building is visible from an observation point only if they share a row or column and no taller building is between them. Each observation point has at least one direction along which the number of visible buildings equals the height of the observation point. A number in the upper left corner of a shaded cell, when given, represents the number of directions along which this property holds.
Anti-King Kong: Previous attempts to chimp-proof the city led to a policy that no two adjacent buildings - even diagonally, may be the same height.
