Uncross the Streams! (Arrows)

The Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on the arrows must sum to the digit in their corresponding circle.
- Cells whose centres contain arrows that touch, cross, or split all contain the same digit.
- To distinguish which arrows are which, some arrows that cross have been marked with green lines.
Can you find the value of the crossing points, solve the puzzle, and uncross the streams before unspeakable horrors break into our dimension?

A very elegant solution code.
Visually a bit too busy.
Somewhat challenging but very approachable: average difficulty.
