My favorite kind of puzzle - I had to think, but not too hard! Took me about 50 minutes.
I marked most of the arrows and there was a particular one that set everything in motion, which was satisfying to figure out.

Thanks Kyle! Not bad!! Glad you kept with it. I enjoyed setting this puzzle, mainly because it's pure arrow and approachable, even though there aren't many 3-cell arrows to label 6789. I think that's rare to find.
