Normal sudoku rules apply.
Normal Kropki rules apply. That is, cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits, and those separated by a black dot contain digits in a ratio of 2 to 1. There is no negative constraint.
The blue lines are non-consecutive lines. Digits cannot repeat on a line, and lines cannot contain consecutive digits, regardless of order. For example, if a line has a 3 anywhere on it, 2 and 4 cannot appear on that line.

Cool puzzle, and I'm surprised the Nabner rule wasn't used much until very recently - I think it could definitely see more play.

After enjoying some of the newer nabneR puzzles, I decided to solve the original and it was a very pleasant one! Took me a while to see the breaking, but very smooth afterwards.

Finally found the point of entry (and no more than that) after staring at the puzzle for an hour...
Okay, this has to be the single greatest sudoku construction I've seen in recent months (at least). "Good grief!" And yes, this must get onto CTC!
BTW, I believe the Japanese word for "non-sequence" is "hi renban" (非連番, hi = not, renban = sequence). Or maybe there's a different word commonly used for non-sequence specificly in the realm of pencil puzzles?
