Neat construction! I managed to end up with an almost correct solution the first time, but it turned out that not all the goldfish had been shot, the second time I managed do exterminate them all though!

Incredible puzzle! After the lovely break-in the puzzle still resists but the beautiful back and forth interactions of the cages & arrows make this puzzle a real treat :)
